2. They are cancelling Gilmore Girls .. why why why???? I remember watching the show during h/s then uni.. and now.. how can they cancel it?? (caution do not read on if u did not watch last week's episode of GG)... so i wonder if they're going to end with Rory marrying logan?? i hope not.. because rory is destined to be a career girl with things to do, places to go.. she cannot be stuck being a housewife.. even if it means breaking up with the "oh so goodlooking" logan huntzberger..
3. Old news.. but i've always wondered.. kate middleton (prince william's former girlfriend)... hot or not? to be honest.. i don't think she is particularly good looking.. but i guess she has a kind of grace
4. Reason for last post.. so in the UK due to the whole Pride and Prejudice craze.. they've created several made for tv movies based on other jane austen novels.. which were.. Persuasion (one of my favourites), Mansfield Park, and Northanger Abbey (one of her earlier works).. these will be aired in North America sometime in November on PBS.. but for those die-hard Austen fans.. you can catch them on Youtube now.. yay!!..
i've seen persuasion 3 times already.. not just for the particular good looking guy in it.. but also because of the plot.. it's about having another chance in love, which was given up years ago but never forgotten.. i know critics say it's not austen's best work.. because the plot was not very developed since it was one of her last novels written before she died.. so perhaps she knew she did not have enough time to develop the plot.. but in any case i still thought it was a great read.. maybe it could have been one of her best novels if she had the time to really complete it.. but i guess that's where the reader's imagination would have to kick in to fill in the blanks..

btw.. the guy with blonde hair and blue eyes, his name is Rupert Penry-Jones.. very good looking.. I've never imagined Captain Wentworth as a blonde.. but i think he fits the role perfectly
ok.. i agree.. the last entry was deep.. they're all from a book i bought from chapters a few weeks ago.. it's a little book full of insightful quotes from very very wise ppl (for $3.99.. can u believe it?.. all the brains in the past and their teachings, passed down to me for $3.99!!) .. i guess when i need a little inspiration or motivation that will be what i turn to..
btw.. i'd like to start a new trend.. and bring back the word "amiable".. it sounds so francais and english at the same time..
